i stayed in a super clean double room. the location near bayswater tube station was super. it was also a short walk to hyde park. the staff was very helpful and kind.
The air con was hard to control. It had no instructions.

The room was newly renovated the beds are comfy. The location is in a great area easy to commute from. The room was very clean it was high quality.
There are stairs to the reception and on each floor so carrying heavy luggage can be challenging.

The location was great. the staff was kind and the service was good. the bed was nice but room furnishings are above average quality. That was a charmed surprise.
said they had luxury toiletries and this was a lie. the only toiletries in the room were in a 3-in-1 container in the bathroom. i expected shampoo and conditioner after a 21 hour plane ride. it was a bit disappointing.
